Youth Kickboxing & Jiu-Jitsu.
Confidence, discipline, and focus — built one class at a time. Kickboxing and Jiu-Jitsu for ages 8 to 15, taught in a safe, supportive, and challenging environment.
Martial arts give kids more than moves — they build confidence, discipline, and focus that carry into school and life. Our youth program blends Kickboxing and Jiu-Jitsu into one fun, structured path where every child learns at their own pace. No experience needed, no ego on the mats — just great habits, real skills, and a lot of hard work that feels like play.
- Kickboxing basics: stance, footwork, punches, and kicks on pads
- Jiu-Jitsu fundamentals: positions, escapes, and safe control on the mats
- Coordination, balance, and body awareness through age-appropriate drills
- Focus and discipline: listening, effort, and respect for training partners
- Confidence and anti-bullying skills built through steady progress
Class Flow
Warm-up games → technical instruction → partner drills → cooldown. Small groups and hands-on coaching keep every child engaged, safe, and progressing.
Who It's For
Ages 8 to 15, all experience levels. Brand-new beginners build from the ground up; returning kids sharpen technique and take on new challenges.
Safety First
Controlled, age-appropriate intensity. Coaches emphasize clean technique, respect, and communication — kids learn to train hard and stay safe.
Confidence & Discipline
More than martial arts. Kids build focus, resilience, and self-belief — plus the tools to stand tall and handle themselves with calm confidence.
What to Bring
Comfortable athletic clothes (t-shirt and shorts or leggings) and a water bottle. No gear required to start — we'll guide you on anything you need later.
Stand-up striking.
Kids build coordination, timing, and cardio through padwork and footwork drills. Punches and kicks are taught with control — the focus is clean technique, effort, and self-control, never contact for its own sake.
Ground control.
On the mats, kids learn leverage over strength — how to stay safe, keep position, and escape. Jiu-Jitsu teaches patience and problem-solving, and gives smaller kids real confidence they can rely on.
Give your kid a strong start.
The first class is the hardest step — and it's on us. Bring your child in, meet the coaches, and watch them build confidence from day one. No experience or gear required to start.
