Muay Thai — The Art of Eight Limbs.
Punches, kicks, knees, elbows — balance, timing, and ring IQ. Authentic Thai striking, taught technically.
Known as the Art of Eight Limbs, Muay Thai blends punches, kicks, knees, and elbows with balance, timing, and ring IQ. Our program builds real striking fundamentals for self-defense, fitness, and competition. No ego — just smart, technical work that scales to your level.
- Footwork and stance: rhythm, distance, and safe exits
- Striking fundamentals: jab–cross mechanics, kick technique, knees and elbows
- Defense: shields, checks, slips, parries, counters
- Clinch work: posture, frames, off-balancing, sweeps, and knees
- Padwork and combinations: clean technique under fatigue
- Fight IQ: pacing, ring control, and decision-making
