Why Muay Thai

Known as the Art of Eight Limbs, Muay Thai blends punches, kicks, knees, and elbows with balance, timing, and ring IQ. Our program builds real striking fundamentals for self-defense, fitness, and competition. No ego — just smart, technical work that scales to your level.

What You'll Learn
  1. Footwork and stance: rhythm, distance, and safe exits
  2. Striking fundamentals: jab–cross mechanics, kick technique, knees and elbows
  3. Defense: shields, checks, slips, parries, counters
  4. Clinch work: posture, frames, off-balancing, sweeps, and knees
  5. Padwork and combinations: clean technique under fatigue
  6. Fight IQ: pacing, ring control, and decision-making

Class Flow

Dynamic warm-up → technical instruction → padwork or partner drills → optional controlled sparring. Coaching is hands-on and intensity is set to your experience.

Safety Standards

Mouthguard required for sparring. Shin guards, 12–16 oz gloves, and hand wraps for full-contact rounds. Intensity scaled to your level.

What to Bring

Hand wraps, mouthguard, gloves (we can loan if needed for your first class). Shorts and a rash guard or t-shirt. Courtesy shower available.
