MMA — The Complete Combat System.
Striking, wrestling, and Jiu-Jitsu blended into one discipline. Smart, technical, repeatable.
Mixed Martial Arts is the most complete combat system, blending striking, wrestling, and Jiu-Jitsu. Our program teaches you how to enter safely, change levels, control positions, and finish with efficiency.
- Striking-to-grappling transitions: jabs to shots, kicks to clinch, counter-wrestling
- Takedowns and cage work: level changes, entries, finishes, wall rounds
- Top control and pressure: passing, ride positions, ground-and-pound mechanics
- Bottom options: frames, stand-ups, reversals, and submissions
- Fight IQ: pacing, round strategy, and decision-making under pressure
Class Flow
Each session: warm-up → technical drills → situational rounds → optional controlled sparring. Drills are progression-based so beginners build safely while advanced students stay challenged.
