Why MMA

Mixed Martial Arts is the most complete combat system, blending striking and Jiu-Jitsu. Our program teaches you how to enter safely, change levels, control positions, and finish with efficiency.

What You'll Learn
  1. Striking-to-grappling transitions: jabs to shots, kicks to clinch
  2. Takedowns and cage work: level changes, entries, finishes, wall rounds
  3. Top control and pressure: passing, ride positions, ground-and-pound mechanics
  4. Bottom options: frames, stand-ups, reversals, and submissions
  5. Fight IQ: pacing, round strategy, and decision-making under pressure

Class Flow

Each session: warm-up → technical drills → situational rounds → optional controlled sparring. Drills are progression-based so beginners build safely while advanced students stay challenged.

Beginners & Hobbyists

No experience needed. You'll start with stance, guard, safe entries, and basic takedowns, then move into control and finishing sequences. Coaching is hands-on, intensity scaled to your level.

For Competitors

Conditioning, game planning, wall work, and live problem-solving. Scenario rounds, time-based pacing, and detailed feedback to sharpen execution before a fight.

Safety Standards

Train hard, respect first. Mouthguard, 7–10 oz MMA gloves, shin guards. Sparring is always optional, supervised, and scaled to your experience.

What to Bring

Mouthguard, MMA gloves (7–10 oz), shin guards, water, towel. Rash guard and shorts without zippers. Courtesy shower available — bring your own soap.

On The Mats

Everything connects.

Striking and Jiu-Jitsu aren't taught in separate silos. Every session links them together, so a jab sets up a takedown and a scramble ends in control. You learn the whole game, not disconnected pieces of it.
