Why Jiu-Jitsu

Jiu-Jitsu teaches leverage, timing, and control — not just strength. Our no-gi program builds practical skills you can rely on: how to stay safe, create escapes, and finish with clean technique. Fitness, self-defense, or competition — we'll help you progress with clarity and confidence.

What You'll Learn
  1. Positional control: guard, half guard, side control, mount, back control
  2. Escapes and reversals from bad positions
  3. High-percentage submissions: rear naked choke, triangles, armbars, guillotines
  4. Modern no-gi systems: back attacks, leg entanglements, front headlock series
  5. Transitions for MMA: base, posture, and cage awareness

Class Flow

Warm-up → technical instruction → drilling → optional live rounds. Small groups whenever possible to ensure coaching, feedback, and safe training partners.
