Youth Charter & After-School Program.
Real martial arts for young people — after-school Kickboxing and Jiu-Jitsu for ages 8 to 15, plus in-school programs for middle & high school charter students. Self-defense, fitness, and confidence, all coach-led and built around the school day.
Whether it's an after-school class or a session built into the charter school day, this program turns training time into real growth — a safe, structured environment where students move, learn, and build themselves up. Every session blends martial arts skill with fitness, self-defense, and character: they burn energy, learn to handle themselves, and walk out more confident than they walked in. No experience needed, no ego on the mats — just great coaching and a lot of hard work that feels like fun.
- Real martial arts skill: Kickboxing striking and Jiu-Jitsu control, taught safely
- Practical self-defense: awareness, boundary-setting, and escaping grabs
- Fitness & coordination: agility, core strength, and conditioning through play
- Confidence & discipline: focus, effort, and respect for training partners
- Anti-bullying tools: calm confidence and the skills to back it up
A complete, age-appropriate curriculum.
Coaches pull from six tracks and scale them to each group's age and level — from the safe fundamentals of movement to real-world self-defense for older kids.
Track 1 · Comprehensive Physical Education
The safe foundation. Core fitness, coordination, agility, and non-contact martial arts movement — functional fitness (animal movements, calisthenics, core strength) plus basic stance, footwork, and balance.
Track 2 · Modern Self-Defense & Empowerment
De-escalation, situational awareness, and boundary-setting. Verbal skills for handling bullies, confidence-building posture, escaping grabs (wrist releases, body locks), and managing distance and spatial awareness.
Track 3 · Ground Defense & Jiu-Jitsu
Leverage, control, and defense from the ground without striking. Positional dominance (guard, side control, mount), sweeps, and escapes — with the emphasis on control over submissions for younger students.
Track 4 · Kickboxing Fitness & Mechanics
Cardiovascular endurance, rhythm, and striking mechanics on pads and shields. Proper punching and kicking technique, focus-mitt and kick-shield drills (no sparring), and high-intensity martial arts circuits.
Track 5 · Tactical Fitness & Athlete Conditioning
Strength and conditioning built for young athletes: circuit training, agility ladders, core stability, and plyometrics — power, endurance, and durability that carry into every sport.
Track 6 · Real-World Threat Management
For older kids and teens navigating real pressures — bullying, peer pressure, and intimidation. Situational awareness, de-escalation, escaping grabs, handling a larger aggressor, and the psychology of body language and confidence.

Every class is coach-led and age-appropriate. Intensity is controlled, technique comes first, and there's no sparring for its own sake — kids learn to train hard and stay safe. Small groups mean real attention, and the structure means your child is doing something productive with the hours that matter most.
Your child's first class is free — no commitment.
